Church services are held on the 2nd (Shotsuki Service) and 4th (Family Service) Sundays.
- Starting June – last Family Service until September
- June, July, August – Shotsuki Service only
- Exception: July – Obon/Hatsubon/Nokotsudo and Family Service

Uprooted: An American Story
Some survivors of the Japanese internment camps gathered at the California Museum, where they were honored.
A 48-star American Flag, which was signed by many survivors, was also donated to the museum and will be part of the exhibit entitled Uprooted: An American Story, which shares the many faces of those who went through the ordeal of incarceration.
Watch and you’ll see a couple of BCF members Lois Tanaka and Mits Yamamoto.
